To understand Elite Generation one has to understand the roots of its C.E.O. and owner Mr Roje Williams. The passion for the Creative Arts runs like a river through his genes and his mom Miss Erica Beckford C.E.O. and owner of Perfection Décor and Rentals can attest to this as she is quite flexible in this area.
His father does producing as a hobby. His grandfather being a part of the group “The Slickers” in the early 60s and 70s with hits like ‘Johnny Too Bad’ sets the foundation and the tone for a budding Musical Genius. Putting his dual degrees in business and computer studies on hold shows his zeal and fervour as he aspires for greatness.
Roje’s love for music plagues his very mind. He can be seen daily in his studio like a Picasso learning. He is developing his art as he propels to higher heights.
Family bonds and a strong sense of spirituality offers growth in this family. As genes would have it Romario Weir who is known by the name Di Ruption also bloomed from Elite Generation.He rose under the very watchful eyes of his cousin. He is a younger cousin of Roje’s and like those before him, he has been erupting his positive energy on stages nationally and internationally.
His sound is of unique and distinctive quality. His lyrics speak to not only youths but adults as well and their diversity. He can write to their very nature and so able to connect with them musically. His songs include “workin”, ‘Trodding Alone’, ‘Never grow up wrong’ and many others.
Romario like his cousin Roje brings with them humility and love. This is exhibited with how they react to those around them. Their pleasing personality and rapport make it a pleasure to be around them and Youthlove counted this as pure joy.
