Many of us are faced with various kinds of problems, whether in the work place, in the family, in the church or just generally where interactions with others take place.
Hear this, There is a young bright female or male working in an institution with a boss who is constantly sexually harassing him or her just because of a promotion.’ Now the individual wants that promotion so badly and the boss knows this too. In order to get that promotion though the individual may chose to go against their principles. The boss wants to shower him or her with gifts, offer to pay the rent/mortgage and give you gifts. This is not easy but don’t give in.
This may not be hard for some because of sin or greed so they readily accept and there are some who because of their upbringing may refuse to accept. Some may accept because of poverty, family needs and all different reasons. Now a child of God who is sold out for God and believe that He will supply all their needs will not give in, instead, they go in prayer and fasting about this situation.
There are so many other ways that one can give up. Let’s look at even the church, a young single female, not married and is being pressured into marrying a man that she does not love and at the same time the Pastor wants to have an affair. How do you work his one out and stay in the church? Are you willing to go through all of this? The bible says in Titus 1 vs 6 that the bishop/pastor etc. must be blameless and have one wife. So there you see it’s a sin. He must be reported and the believer have to fight his or her way through. He or she will have to get persons in the church to pray and fast to help them through. Counselling is a must. But don’t give in.
Sometimes you’re faced with one problem after another, bills are piling up, children are not behaving, about to lose your house because you cannot pay the mortgage or the rent. Some are about to lose their jobs or their partners…I tell you don’t give in!
The Lord says: fight the good fight of faith…..1 Timothy 6:12 but how do we fight?
We fight by studying the word of God ,believing on what the word says and by praying and putting your faith to work knowing you have an intercessor who will help you fight.
Philippians 4 vs 19 says but the Lord shall supply all your needs…… so notice He didn’t say some, He said all that means He will take care of you. You have to trust him to be your care giver because He is a man that never lies…Numbers 3:19 so you see He means what He says and says what He means.
There are so many things that can come out of this one topic, but I implore you today, do not let the problems overtake you. God says to tell you He’s working it out for your good and faith is a must, trust is a must, believing is a must. “NEVER GIVE IN”
