TRUST THE PROCESS

So you’re having a bad day or so you think. Nothing’s going right. You slept through the alarm, no hot water in the shower, you manage to get out but guess what? The car won’t start, then you call a cab and none is available. You finally get to the office. The meeting you‘re supposed to attend is already in progress. It is like everything you do is not working out. Everywhere you turn is delays and delays. You need to trust the process.

The next best thing to do is murmur and quarrel. You go home from this chaotic day, and there again nothing is working either. So you just sit down moping.  Trying to call a friend and your phone dies.  You start asking to yourself what did you do wrong or what could have happened? Again you need to trust the process.

Do you ever stop to think that it wasn’t anything you did wrong and nothing happened?  Well God is saying, this is me protecting you. Look at it this way. If you had heard the alarm, from then everything would be on point getting out of the house on time.  First, who to tell, you would have passed out in the shower because of hurrying so He made sure no hot water.  If you had driven out on time, there was an accident waiting to take your life so He made sure the car wouldn’t start.

The meeting you were supposed to attend something would have happened and you would have gotten yourself into a heated argument and started a fight. When you went home trying to call a friend maybe the line would have gotten crossed and you end up calling the wrong person, then another tragedy. So you see all these things God saved you from.

We sometimes ask ourselves, why our relationship didn’t work out. Why I had this miscarriage? Why I didn’t get the job and a lot of other things. God sees the future, He knows what is ahead. He sees what we don’t see and protects us whether we like it or not. If we only knew. Sometimes we ask for things and we don’t get it because God knows it will harm us so He doesn’t allow us to get it. He also closes doors in order to save us. God is faithful! We must trust his doing because He will make a way.

God sometimes protects us from our mistakes and sometimes He doesn’t and when this happens, He already tells us no and we insist on having what we desire. Sin will arm us in a number of ways, so we ought to live by the will of God and we will be protected. Spiritual protection is in Jesus Christ and we will never lose out on our salvation. Trust the process. We will be protected. HALLELUJAH!
