I think we are where we ought to be
Other lives look enticing, but their problems are deep
They smile in the day and toss in their sleep
They hide bruises on their skin by wearing long sleeves
He drinks a lot and in church she always weeps
If you visit their home, you realize that in separate beds they sleep
Do not be worried about your circumstances
Do not covet your neighbors and second guess your life’s choices
Put on a blindfold of Trust
Put pressure on your knees and call on God above
This life of ours is a one-shot thing
The majority of us get it right on the deathbed when dying
Death is inevitable and there is always crying
I wish we all get a chance to make a decision before passing.
