How to Release Stress

Stress is a killer!! Do not let it kill you. There are ways around dying from this assassin and it all has to do with you. Try these seven ways and let’s see how well they work for you. The others will be coming soon!!

Take deep breaths on entering into anything your mind conceives as being stressful: This helps to calm your body, soul and mind. It psychologically places you in a place to deal with your situations.

Take a walk: Walk away from the problem for a while. When you believe you are focused enough then you face it. Handling it in this fashion means your eyes are open to all possibilities because you have prepared yourself.

Pray: You may ask how this work does. By talking to GOD about your issues you are releasing your frustrations and conveniently your stress as well. He can handle it so don’t worry about how much you unload.

Exercise: If you box hit the life out of that bag. Anger might have been the source of your stress. By releasing this on a punching bag or by running, jumping, skipping, lifting weights and any other thing that tickles your fancy you release your stress and the problem becomes easier to deal with.

Cry: Many people cry and they do this to release whatever it is that they are feeling inside. Ultimately whatever you are feeling will become stressful if it is not released. Tears are a language that God understands and so it is a great tool to release your stressful situation.

Listen to Instrumentals: For many, this may come across as boring but it works. The instrumentals can be from any genre of music to your liking. Music reaches into your soul and soothes this and calms down the body releasing stress.

Deal with the problem: To be sure that the stress is released and put to rest the root cause has to be dealt with even if it is a number of things. So if there is need to speak with a professional then do so.
