IT HAS TO STOP!

There comes a time when it has to stop! Why should you sit and take the abuse day after day and night after night and then there is just an apology? No! it has to end some time. The abuse must end and the “I” whoever it is will have to live. I will not roll over and die. For too long not just women but men as well have been place through not only verbal but physical ,emotional and mental abuse. This has scarred many for life and they in turn scar others. This has caused their stress level to increase and their self confidence, their self esteem to shrink like dried up raisins.

It happens to strong leaders as well

Women and men who are seen as independent in their own right have been mangled by their spouses, mothers, fathers, among others and the mask of happiness continue to prevail in the office space that they share. There they are seen as the boss and the persons in charge but then they have to go home to the nightmare that awaits them. Sometimes the pain and the anger is released at work on some poor soul or on some machine. One needs to understand that this kind of abuse must end. What is broken needs to be fixed. Such a one has prayed ,fasted and done all the necessary things to make changes but it continues. It has to stop and it’s now!

This negative energy hinders creativity

Abuse stops and hinders productivity and creativity because separating some pain to enable work is even more painful. There comes a time when walking away is the only answer. Home should be a place of safety, joy and happiness and never abuse especially if it has started to affect the children. Work is a place for creativity and productivity not to unload personal issues. There are some measures of abuses that could drive you insane, it could cause you to see suicide or drugs as a way out. It’s time to dry your tears after crying for months or even years and move on.

What price are you willing to pay to stay?
