Jesus came into this world to redeem mankind and to save the world from going to a Christ less eternity. We therefore need to order our steps. As a born again Christian we should focus on living a Holy and acceptable life unto God.  He said I came into this world that non will perish but all will have life everlasting. John 10 vs. 27-28 ‘ My sheep hear my voice.

As Christians, we must be mindful of the things we do, places we go, the type of friends we keep, the places we hang out and other things. All these can distract us from our walk with God.  The Bible says abstain from all appearance of evil.  1 Thessalonians 5 vs. 22 so whatever we do must line up with the word of God. How we speak must be seasoned with grace. We need to order our steps. Where we go and hangout must be in accordance with the word of God.

Some times as children of God, we miss the point. Yes Jesus ate with sinners but they weren’t his best friends.  So we have to know whom we hangout and what we do when we hang out. God wants our light to shine, and we are not to be led by the non-Christians, we must do the leading.  That’s what Jesus did.

When we are out there we must lift up Jesus in our conversation.  Ephesians 4 vs. 29 says we should not let any unholy conversation come out of our mouth. Our conversations must be edifying to those of whom we spend time with. He said if I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me.

The places we go say a lot about us, we are the mirror that everyone looks through. It is therefore important that we order our steps.  The life we live dictates how people sees us as a Christian and this will cause stumbling block to those on the outside looking in or will draw people to Christ. We have to be careful of the messages we send to the unsaved

The things we allow our eyes to see too also make us struggle in our walk with Christ.  Careful what we look at or what we entertain. We all complain that we are not perfect but this statement is only giving the enemy opportunity to step in so we fall into sin. Let us run the race set before us and be sober and be aware of the enemy’s devices. 1Peter 5vs8.
